Pros

  • Nice and educational visitor center.
  • Wide and well-maintained trails.
  • Awe-inspiring view of the scale of the gorge.
  • 5 waterfalls and cascades with multiple overlooks.
  • Several hundred steps to hike to the bottom of the gorge.


Cons

  • It feels like you never get a really good view of the waterfalls and cascades.
  • There is a lot of foliage blocking most of the views from the overlooks.
  • Not much shade if the sun is out. This is not a wilderness hike with tree cover.
