This is very short hike along the Benton MacKaye Trail.
You can hike to the top of the waterfall to see it from above.
It has a pavilion to get a close-up of the waterfall, and you can also walk across the stream to the other side.
If you've already seen all the big Georgia waterfalls then this one would be worth it to check off your bucket list.
Cons
It looks nice, but there's no "wow" factor with this waterfall. If you haven't seen any of the other big ones in Georgia I would recommend going to go see those.
The drive to the parking lot is on a pretty long gravel and dirt road.
Based on the cars that were there in April 2016 we got bad vibes about the security of our vehicle. Be safe.
It is nice to have seen, but, unlike other waterfalls, there is no desire from us to revisit this one.
